At She Traveled, we try to be as available as possible to answer all your questions, but unfortunately, we aren't available 24/7. Because of this, we have compiled a list of questions and answers that can hopefully help you if we are unavailable. Thanks!

 

Q: Where can I find a sizing chart?

A: If you click the drop down menu next to the "About Us" tab, there is a whole section on sizing, including the sizing chart. In addition to that, each individual item will have sizing information in the product description, indicating if the product should be ordered a size up or down. 

 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: Click here to be directed to our return/exchange policy. It can be found by clicking the drop down menu next to the "Contact Us" tab. 

 

Q: Why doesn't anyone answer your phone when I call?

A: We have someone scheduled to answer your calls Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (MST). If you call during these hours and no one answers, our representative is probably on the line with another customer and will call you back as soon as they can. If you call after hours, leave a message, and our representative will call you back as soon as they get back to the office. 

 

Q: How much does it cost to ship an order? Do you ship internationally?

A: Standard shipping in the U.S. is free. If you wish to have expedited shipping, you will have to pay depending on how fast you need your item. We also ship internationally and will quote you on shipping depending on where you are located.

 

Q: When does my order get shipped out?

A: All orders received before 11 a.m. MST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on Monday.

 

Q: Do you have a missionary discount?
