Returns/Exchange Policy

Because we are an online store we understand that fit may be an issue, and we want our return and exchange process to be as simple as possible. We stand behind our products and our #1 goal is to have happy customers.
 
Here is the process for returning/exchanging an item:
  1. Contact our Customer Service Department at support@shetraveled.com or 855-717-9988 for a Return Authorization Number and Form. If the error is ours, we will send you a shipping label to return your item free of charge.
  2. Send us back the item(s) in question to P.O. Box 26008, Salt Lake City, UT 84126 and we will access your item. You will either receive a full refund or store credit. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
  3. If you are making an exchange, we suggest you make the new order at the same time as returning your item to cut down on turn around time and to ensure you get the item you would like. We can't guarantee that your item will be in stock by the time we receive it at our warehouse. When we receive the item back to our inventory we will issue a refund.
We follow the golden rule and treat our customers as we want to be treated. Please call or email us today with any questions you may have. We want to help!

Wrong Item Received:

If you receive a different item than the item you ordered, contact our customer support department and we will issue you a return label and correct the issue so you receive the correct item.

Damaged Item Received:

If you receive an item that was damaged by our warehouse or during the shipping process, contact our customer support department and we will issue you a return label and correct the issue so you receive an undamaged item. Please do not destroy or discard the item. We try to fix the damages and send them to people in need.

Last Chance and Clearance Sales Items: All Sales are Final; unless there is a manufacturing defect then you will be issued store credit. 

Discontinued Items: Items that are no longer on the website cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please donate such items to your local thrift store or Dress for Success.

Shipping Standards:

Your order will ship from one of our warehouses within 1-2 business days from the time it is placed on our website.

The time in which it takes for your order to actually arrive will be determined by the carrier itself and the method selected.

In any event, upon shipping your order, an email notification will be sent to you detailing which carrier was used along with the tracking number itself. With this information in hand, you can see on the carrier website the estimated date of delivery and make plans to receive your order accordingly.
